Charles Michael Parsons
Mike obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Lowell Technological Institute in 1972. In June of 1971 he went to work for Henry Granger at the firm then known as Kelly and Granger Engineers as a rod man. He became a Registered Professional Land Surveyor in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in January of 1980. In 1982 Mike purchased the business and changed the name to Kelly, Granger, Parsons & Assoc., Inc.
